Case Studies
For a major wireless carrier, CSMG developed
a consumer and enterprise product strategy for a next-generation
network. Through extensive internal and external ecosystem
analysis, we created and prioritized different product concepts
based on the market opportunity, strategic fit and execution
risk. We developed and compared detailed market revenue forecasts
and the required network/IT resources as part of the evaluation
process. A follow-up project focused on implementation of
the most attractive product opportunities.
For a European mobile operator, CSMG led the team that made
the decision to launch a broadband service. We helped to devise
the market entry strategy and played a key operational role
in service deployment. CSMG supported all aspects of implementation
including network sourcing and contract negotiations, business
development initiatives, stand-alone and integrated product
design, channel integration, vendor selection and management
and development of customer experience framework and customer
support capabilities including knowledge management, remote
diagnostics and customer service operations.
