Business Analyst
Business Analysts are bright and highly-motivated individuals recruited from some of the world's top academic institutions. Our Business Analyst program provides the opportunity to develop extensive industry expertise and solid business consulting experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting primary and secondary research
- Designing and building models
- Performing rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Writing presentations
- Participating in new-hire recruiting, mentoring, and training
We challenge our Analysts to take on increasing levels of responsibility, including client communication and project management. High performing Analysts are often promoted to Senior Analyst within 2 years. A select few earn promotion to Consultant. We do not recruit for summer interns at the Business Analyst level.
