Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources Nancy is responsible for the firm’s global human resource activities, most important among them, ensuring that TMNG Global attracts and retains the best telecom professionals in the industry. With more than 20 years in human resources, Nancy’s experience spans the areas of recruiting, talent management, compensation design, employee benefits and employee relations.
A founder of TMNG’s first human resources group, Nancy leads a team of professionals in the US and Europe who deliver the programs and processes for managing recruiting, staffing, on-boarding/off-boarding, compensation design and administration (cash, equity and employee benefits), performance management, employee relations, legal compliance and HR coaching.
Nancy gained the majority of her experience working in the professional services industry, primarily with law firms. Prior to TMNG, Nancy was responsible for the employee benefits program at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, a 700-person law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh with offices in ten cities.
