| Roland
has 15 years of extensive consulting experience within the
technology sector; having defined operational, IT business,
organizational change and internet solutions for clients
worldwide with companies such as AMS Management Consulting
(now part of CGI), A T Kearney and Towers Perrin. His range
of expertise also includes the media, public, financial,
insurance, retail, and real estate sectors. Prior to his
current role at CSMG, Roland was Director at Strategy &
Focus, a leading strategic and organizational management
consultancy in Spain. In this position, he managed client
relations and business development within the telecom, automation
and utilities sectors. |

Hayes

Patrick has over 10 years of business
development experience, specifically in market and customer
strategy, customer and sales operations transformation,
and product management, with special expertise in CRM
strategies. He joined CSMG from BearingPoint where he
was a Managing Director focused on customer and market
strategies, and where he produced a successful track
record in revenue generation and project delivery. Prior
to joining BearingPoint, Patrick was with Cap Gemini
and Accenture and also spent 10 years with Lucent Technologies
before beginning his consulting career.

Bob House leads
our London office. He has 18 years experience in strategy
consulting and has conducted numerous consulting assignments
for corporate clients across Europe, providing high quality
strategy and operations advice to fixed and mobile carriers,
infrastructure players, MVNOs, media and software companies
and regulatory bodies. Previously, he worked in line management
for an international consumer goods corporation, specializing
in operations management and as a management consultant
for Coopers & Lybrand in London.

In his 8 year career
at CSMG, Ed has focused on issues ranging from market
entry and growth strategies to product profitability and
network cost optimization. Areas of particular focus include
asset valuation, merger and acquisition integration, due
diligence and partnership strategies. He has worked extensively
evaluating fixed-line and video market business models
including broadband access deployments and Internet-based
video distribution. In addition, he has recent experience
assessing next generation wireless service delivery strategies.
Ed is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is
a contributor to industry trade publications. Prior to
joining CSMG, Ed was a Project Manager at TNS AISA, a
provider of custom quantitative market research solutions.

Simmons

At CSMG, Susan Simmons
has focused intensively on wireless services, especially
the advanced infrastructure that enables converged offerings.
She has provided strategic analyses, market assessments,
technology overviews and business case development for
both carriers and the equipment providers that make carrier
services possible. Susan has also performed due diligence
for investors in communications companies and served as
an expert witness. Prior to joining CSMG, Susan was a
senior project manager at Navigant Consulting Inc., covering
business strategy, financial analysis, market studies,
collaborative facilitation and regulatory support.
