Analysts at CSMG are bright and highly
motivated individuals recruited from some of the world's top
academic institutions. They conduct primary and secondary research,
perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, design
and build models, write presentations and coordinate the work
of our Interns. CSMG challenges its Analysts to take on increasingly
higher levels of responsibility, including some client communication
and project management. The Analyst program provides the opportunity
to develop extensive telecom/media industry expertise and solid
business consulting experience. Analysts are also active in
new-hire recruiting, mentoring and training. They typically
remain with the firm for two to three years prior to pursuing
studies at top professional graduate schools. Some are promoted
to Consultants and choose to remain with the firm.

Consultants at CSMG are highly-skilled
business professionals with several years of experience in consulting,
finance or the telecom/media industries. Their responsibilities
include providing structure to research and analysis, maintaining
day-to-day client communications, assisting in the writing and
delivery of presentations, and coaching Analysts and Interns
to ensure high-quality team output. CSMG challenges its Consultants
to become successful senior-level consultants and industry leaders
by encouraging growth in client relationship management and
business development skills. Consultants are also committed
to the professional development of the Analysts and Interns.
They play a key role in recruiting, mentoring and training.

Interns play an important role
at CSMG and are typically attending a top academic institution
and have a strong interest in business consulting. They assist
the Analysts in providing critical research and analysis through
primary and secondary research, presentation writing and production
support, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and spreadsheet
work. From day one, each Intern is assigned to an actual client
engagement and develops hands-on consulting experience. CSMG
challenges its Interns to take on increasingly higher levels
of responsibility including model building and, in some cases,
client communication. Those who demonstrate exceptional abilities
and diligence may be offered full-time Analyst positions.

Managers at CSMG are seasoned professionals
with several years of post-MBA experience in strategy, telecommunications,
media or financial consulting. They are the leaders of project
activity and take primary responsibility for delivering on the
project proposal by designing the assignment and managing its
implementation. Our Managers maintain oversight of project development,
refine output and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables,
as well as identify potential new projects and develop areas
of advanced expertise and new content. CSMG challenges its Managers
to become successful senior-level consultants and industry leaders
by encouraging growth in client relationship management and
business development skills. Managers are also committed to
the professional development of the Consultants, Analysts and
Interns. They play a key role in recruiting, mentoring and training.

Principals at CSMG are professionals
with significant consulting and telecom/media experience. They
oversee project management while playing an active role in client
relationship management and business development. Principals
ultimately bear the responsibility of work quality by taking
the lead in staffing, planning and conducting the overall project
work, coaching team members, delivering project presentations,
and maintaining client satisfaction with follow-on discussions
that define a clear path for implementation. Our Principals
are also expected to lead the firm through professional example,
involvement in firm initiatives, and development of Managers,
Consultants and Analysts. CSMG challenges its Principals to
become Vice Presidents through superior performance.

Vice Presidents at CSMG have
a proven ability to consistently deliver outstanding results
for our clients and our staff. They are responsible for leading
business development and building intellectual capital, while
defining the firm's strategic direction. They work closely with
all levels of our professionals and perform client relationship
management and project supervision.
