Interviewing at CSMG

All of our candidates go through an elaborate interviewing process, and candidates with the following attributes excel in our environment: thinking quickly on one's feet, putting business and common sense into practice, and expressing oneself in a consistent and logical manner. Uncovering these attributes is best done via case interviews. As a part of your interview day at CSMG, Candidates can expect two to three case-style interviews and to meet consultants from all levels of the company.

International Offices

 

Each of the CSMG offices (Boston and London) follow the same recruiting methodology, though with a local flavor. We apply the same high standard for all of our potential employees.

The Boston and London staff often works together on projects. Staffing is based on skills, experience, and need, and is not limited to location though we always strive for minimizing travel for our consulting staff. Relocating between CSMG offices is possible for those interested subject to project status.
